How to run a facility with Flip
Flip keeps the floor plan, plant movement, notes, inspections, and finished inventory in one place. If you know how your facility runs in real life, this page shows you where each part lives in the app.
1 · Dashboard
Your facility at a glance. See plant counts by stage, the next harvest coming up, and fast links into every room without hunting through menus.
2 · Timeline
See what is coming next before it sneaks up on you. Upcoming harvests stack by room and date so you can plan labor, dry-room turns, and bench resets.
3 · Rooms
Tap any room to get the bird's-eye bench view. Flower and veg rooms show benches as colored columns by strain, and the Overview/Detail toggle lets you see the whole house at once on your phone without losing the close-up view.
4 · Clone Room
Track racks, trays, and rooting progress in the clone zone. Add fresh cuts, place them in tray slots, watch the day count build, and transplant them out when they are ready.
5 · Cure Room
Cure rooms are built around bins instead of benches. You can see how long each batch has been curing, how close it is to target, and which bins are ready to move out.
6 · Vault
The vault is your finished inventory. Cured product is grouped by strain with weights so you can see what is ready to move and export a clean inventory summary when somebody asks what is available.
7 · Strains
This is your strain catalog. Set flower days, rooting days, colors, and abbreviations here so the rest of the app knows how to label rooms, trays, overview mode, and harvest timing.
8 · Journal
Use the journal like a real grow log, not a side notebook. Drop quick notes on what you saw, what you did, and what needs watching next, then tag them to the room so the context sticks.
9 · Activity
Every move is logged automatically. Flips, harvests, tray moves, room edits, plant culls, and other changes all land here with before-and-after state and a CSV export when you need the paper trail.
10 · Inspections
Build phone-ready checklists for morning walks, IPM passes, or whatever your facility needs. Run them room by room, flag issues on the spot, and keep the inspection history in one place instead of scattered texts and notes.
11 · Team
Invite the crew by email and set who owns the place, who manages it, and who just needs to work inside it. Everyone is looking at the same facility, the same rooms, and the same history.
12 · Settings
Settings is where your profile, facility details, team management, demo reset, and local backup tools live. It is the control room for the account, not just a throwaway preferences page.
13 · Wall Mode
Add `?mode=wall` to any page when you want big type, no chrome, and auto-refresh for an iPad on the wall outside a room. It is the fastest way to make a live ops board without building another interface.
14 · Demo
The Wildcreek demo lets you try the whole app without setting up your own facility first. It loads a real mid-cycle cultivation layout with mixed benches, clone trays, journal notes, inspections, and activity history already in place.
